The Role This is a hands-on position with plenty of variety and responsibility. Youll manage your own client portfolio, prepare and review accounts, and work directly with local business owners who rely on your advice to make day-to-day decisions. Youll also play a part in shaping how the practice continues to grow mentoring juniors, improving processes, and ensuring clients always receive a personal, reliable service. Key Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing annual and management accounts for a range of small and medium-sized businesses. Providing practical business advice and guidance on tax, cash flow and planning. Managing VAT returns, bookkeeping reviews and other compliance work. Supporting and developing junior team members. Building lasting relationships with clients built on trust and approachability. What Youll Bring ACCA/ACA qualified or a Senior QBE with 3 years experience in a senior role within practice. Solid technical understanding across accounting, tax and VAT. Excellent communication skills able to explain things clearly and support clients with care.
