Were looking for a highly skilled EC&I Engineer to play a key role in the design and implementation of advanced electrical control systems. The Role As an EC&I Engineer, youll be at the forefront of engineering excellence, focusing on explosion protection (ATEX), intrinsically safe circuits, and hazardous area design. Youll work in a multi-disciplinary environment, contributing to critical national infrastructure projects while. Key Responsibilities Lead EC&I project design packages, ensuring high standards and compliance Deliver precise and efficient EC&I designs, including cable calculations, within budget and project timelines Develop risk assessments and method statements Produce and maintain FS/FAT documentation to support project delivery Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and CAD teams to ensure seamless design integration Prepare documentation for Formal Safety Assessments and O&M manuals Requirements HND/Degree in Electrical, Controls Engineering, or related field 5 years experience in EC&I Engineering, including ATEX equipment and intrinsically safe circuits (IS loops) Strong electrical and control systems background with proven experience in a structured design environment CompEx EX12 certification Desirable Skills Experience designing EC&I systems for hazardous areas Previous work within the Oil & Gas industry EPlan experience Interested?
