WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Deliver allocated events across venues around the UK and Europe to the GES standard, on time and within budget.
* Serve as the single point of contact for clients for all services, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
* Manage onsite resources during event build and breakdown, liaising with Site Managers and maintaining open communication with clients.
* Provide onsite presence during event hours to maintain client communication.
* Respond promptly to client requests to exceed expectations and enhance customer service.
* Review P&L statements for allocated shows and accurately forecast revenues when requested.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience as an Event/Account Manager with excellent knowledge of the Exhibition Industry. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential.
