Overview
Business Development Executive role at TipTopJob. Location: Southend, SS1 2BB. Contract Type: Permanent. Office-based in central Southend. Hours: 8.45 – 17.00, Monday–Thursday; 8.45 – 16.00 on Friday (or Part-time, considered for the right person).
Salary: 30,000–35,000 basic + 12,000 OTE. The company is Great Place To Work certified and specialises in B2B telemarketing and lead generation campaigns for a range of clients, including SMEs and larger organisations.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls and send introductory emails to generate sales leads for clients.
* Engage with decision-makers across roles (e.g., Facilities Managers, HR Directors) and build relationships with campaign clients.
* Act as the key new business development representative for several Beanstalk clients.
* Work as part of a professional telemarketing team to develop new business opportunities and leads.
Qualifications and Skills
* Sales, telesales, lead generation, or telemarketing experience is preferable.
* We welcome applications from people with call centre or customer service backgrounds who can engage with people and deliver outstanding service.
