Overview
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an aftersales manager on behalf of our client, a well renowned dealership group in the area.
You will ideally have extensive experience running a Service/Aftersales department within a main dealership in the UK. You will manage WIP, warranty and debtors, manage parts support process and ensure Aftersales franchise standards and manufacturer relationships are maintained.
You will be in charge of a large team, be dynamic and hands-on, able to command respect, trust and set the pace for the team, finding positive ways to achieve business results.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and control sales activity by reviewing performance with individuals and agreeing actions to improve sales; solve problems and identify solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
* Demonstrate progressive career and understanding of departmental KPIs, modern motivational techniques; ideally have a strong technical background.
* Act as a commercially minded manager with a flair for selling your department; build fantastic relationships with customers and improve CSI results.
* Lead and manage a large Aftersales team ensuring high standards and franchise/manufacturer relationships.
* Oversee WIP, warranty and debtor management and ensure smooth parts support processes.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Extensive experience running a Service/Aftersales department within a main UK dealership.
* Strong leadership, team management and decision-making ability.
* Good understanding of departmental KPIs and modern motivational techniques; strong technical background preferred.
