Criterion Hospitality is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our London hotels. Working closely with outsourced housekeeping partners, you’ll help ensure our rooms and public areas are consistently spotless, guest-ready, and aligned with our brand standards.
In this role, you’ll:
* Carry out quality checks across sites and support daily operations.
* Monitor vendor performance and help maintain high service standards.
* Assist with training, efficiency improvements, and cost control.
* Work with hotel teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
* Support housekeeping setup for new hotel openings.
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with teams and partners.
