Because of a high volume of ER cases, there is a requirement for an HR Advisor for some extra support initially on a FTC basis until the end of September 2025, but this could go perm. The Employee Relations HR Advisor team works fully remotely and is collaborative and supportive.
Your new role
1. This role will provide high quality HR advice to a range of employees, workers, managers, and directors.
2. Ensure advice is value led, works to best practice and legislation, and covers a range of people related issues, queries, employment relations case work and organisational change, including TUPE.
3. Support the prompt and effective resolution of issues at the appropriate level and they support formal investigations and hearings to ensure those involved are treated with dignity, respect andpassion.
4. The post holder will ensure the processes arepleted to a high standard and within policy and service level agreement timeframes.
What you'll need to succeed
5. We are looking for candidates that are either immediately available or maximum 1 week notice.
6. Have strong high volume ER case management.
7. CIPD qual or equivalent
8. Used to working in a fast paced environment
9. Excellent employment law knowledge.
