What skills do I need?

* Experience is not essential, as we will support you with all the training and support needed. What’s important is that you are caring, enthusiastic, and energetic.
* Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.
* Being kind and genuinely caring for older people and their needs, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
