What we need from you:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (mandatory).
* An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and GCSE assessment criteria.
Key Duties:
* Plan and lead Maths lessons that actually make sense to students.
* Help Year 11s get through their GCSE exams with confidence.
* Show students how Maths works in the real world, not just on paper.
* Make sure your lessons support students of all levels, including SEND.
* Give students clear, helpful feedback so they know how to improve.
* Work with the Maths team to keep the curriculum fresh and exciting.
* Keep your classroom organised and focused on learning.
* Update parents on how their children are progressing in the subject.
