About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students. Utilize practical experiments and real-world applications to bring Physics concepts to life. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys. Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum and resources. Potential for a TLR for a candidate with proven leadership skills and a commitment to departmental improvement. Actively promote and support the school’s ethos of empowering young women. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Physics. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
