Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client consultation to candidate placement. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and sourcing top-tier candidates to meet client needs in the fast-paced tech and digital sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire recruitment process, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs and organizational culture.
* Actively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other creative sourcing techniques.
* Conduct detailed interviews and background checks to ensure candidates meet client expectations.
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including CV preparation and interview coaching.
* Negotiate employment terms on behalf of both clients and candidates, ensuring a fair and attractive arrangement is reached.
* Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to enhance recruitment strategies.
* Achieve performance targets in line with company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
* At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within 360 environments
* Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly at all levels.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and cope with a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
* Passion for the digital and technology sectors.
