Paediatric Complex Care Assistant – Waking Nights

From £12.80 – £13.44 per hour depending on experience and shifts
We’re currently recruiting for compassionate and reliable Complex Care assistants for our young male paediatric client with highly complex care needs within his family home.
This is a supporting a young child on a 2:1 basis who requires skilled, attentive and person-centred care. You’ll be part of a dedicated clinical team, working to ensure comfort, safety and reassurance throughout the night.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in paediatric or complex care (desirable, not essential)
* A calm, confident approach to care
* Strong communication and observational skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children and families

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
