Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Purchasing & Inventory team
* Manage supplier onboarding and maintain strong relationships
* Oversee inventory control to align with business goals
* Drive operational efficiency and compliance with health & safety standards
* Prepare forecasts and analyse data to support decision-making
Essential Requirements
* 2-3 years of department management experience
* 5+ years in purchasing & inventory control, preferably in wholesale distribution
* 3+ years of global product sourcing experience
* Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
* Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and intermediate-advanced Excel
Desirable Requirements
* Experience in data-driven decision-making and data analytics
* Knowledge of supplier contract execution and compliance processes
* Familiarity with Sage 200
