Loud Mouth Media is one of the top digital advertising agencies in EMEA providing clients such as Harry Corry, Tourism Northern Ireland, Lyle and Scott, BBC, The AA and many more with a fully managed service across Search, Display, Video, Paid Social advertising, Performance creative and SEO. We are seeking a performance-driven PPC Account Manager to join our specialist team. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering paid digital strategies that generate measurable results for our clients. A data-led approach will be central to the position, ensuring consistent and sustainable growth.

Here’s an idea what the role entails:

* Develop results focused PPC strategies to align with core campaign objectives and ultimately help drive clients’ business objectives.
* Communicate strategy plans to clients in a confident and user-friendly way.
* Inform strategies based on competitive landscape, research, trends, and insights.
* Build, implement and manage Search, Display, Shopping and YouTube campaigns across various platforms such as Google and Microsoft Ads and manage campaign budgets.
* Provide data-driven insights to inform campaign performance optimisation across various platforms.
* Monitor, analyse and report back on campaign performance.
* Build strong client relationships.
* Work as part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
* Manage, develop and train the more junior members of the team.
* Work closely with our other teams of specialists to ensure a cohesive digital approach for clients, across both paid and organic activity.
* Involvement with PPC new business opportunities and identify growth opportunities for current clients.
* Understand PPC and its commercial impact on clients’ businesses and our agency.
* Stay up to date with new developments in the world of digital advertising.
* Any other duties as required.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

In order to be considered for the following role you should have the following skills and experience:

* At least 2 years’ post-graduate experience managing PPC campaigns.
* Proven experience delivering campaigns and projects for multiple clients or stakeholders.
* You have the ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Google Analytics and have a data-driven approach to discovering actionable insights.
* You have excellent copywriting skills combined with excellent spelling and grammar alongside a keen eye for detail.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across phone, in-person and online channels.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and effectively manage multiple ongoing projects.
* An analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and along with attention to detail.


DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

Skills or experience in any of the following:

* Understanding of other digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) SEO, social media & email marketing.
* Experience working in an agency environment.
* Experience in Paid Social Media Advertising across Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/LinkedIn etc.
* Google Ads certification.
