What You’ll Need Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification. Strong understanding of EYFS and child development. A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to early years education. Commitment to safeguarding and supporting children’s emotional wellbeing. Previous nursery experience. What You’ll Do Support children’s learning and development from birth to five through engaging, play-based activities. Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families to create a secure and nurturing environment. Assist with planning, delivering, and evaluating activities aligned with EYFS and the nursery’s bespoke curriculum. Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to developmental records.
