We are currently recruiting for a Driver vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business at entry level and receive world class training. You must hold a full and up to date license.
Working Hours:
4 weeks rota- 1 in 4 weekends working
Rotating shifts
06:00-14:30
11:00-19:30
14:00:22:30
On-call service.
What's involved
1. Ensuring vehicles are driven in line with all current applicable legislation, company policies and procedures.
2. Daily Health and Safety vehicle inspections
3. Report all traffic accidents involving any company vehicle to the company insurer immediately in accordance with their requirements in addition to notifying line manager.
4. Responsibility for the safe carriage of goods to comply with the basic rules of the Transport Act 1968.
5. Maintain and organise planned preventative maintenance. servicing of all company vehicles and organise alternative vehicle cover when necessary.
6. Maintain effective vehicle mileage logs and submit the mileage records to the Administration Staff on a weekly basis.
7. Shall ensure all delivery schedules are met in accordance with the daily requirements of the service.

8. An annual salary of £24,465 plus a 5% performance bonus, and generous shift allowances if you work overtime/unsociable hours! Plus, a higher cost of living allowance if you work in London.

Required Experience
12. Educated on good general standard with demonstrable verbal and numerical abilities.
13. Full UK driving license (max 3 points)
14. 2 years driving experience on UK roads
15. Good customer service
