Manpower Engineering is seeking a highly motivated Cost & Contract Engineer to join our clients dynamic Turnaround Team in August 2025, supporting a major event scheduled for execution in August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategically significant project, driving competitiveness and operational excellence at a major petrochemical facility.
In this role, you will play a key part in cost estimation, planning, contract setup and stewardship throughout the lifecycle of the turnaround – from preparation to execution. Your contributions will directly impact cost control, contract performance, and value delivery across this critical project.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop and manage cost estimates and control systems to support turnaround activities, working closely with Planning, Procurement, and Commercial teams, helping to implement cost and contract management procedures, monitor budgets and forecasts, and recommend corrective actions where needed. The role involves supporting benchmarking and change management, presenting estimates to leadership, and overseeing contract administration to prevent leakage.
