Job Purpose:
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution of Digital Programmes to deliver results in line with the company strategy and values.
Responsibilities:
* To document clear processes for Digital Programmes and Project Manage the execution
* Utilise tools, business reporting, external influencers and to gain digital awareness and actively suggest programme introductions and enhancements.
* Provide measurement of programmes and continual improvement through Digital BU Agency team..
* Review data and commercial reports weekly
* Measure Return on Investment for newly implemented programmes.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
* Focus on achieving results
* Project and process management experience
* Marketing experience is highly desirable but not essential
* Strong Communication Skills
* Ability to motivate others and build relationships
* Strong influencing skills
* Analytical thinking
* Self-motivated
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
