Embrace Care is recruiting full-time Support Workers to join our CQC-regulated adult care services, supporting adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
As a Support Worker at Embrace Care, you will play a vital role in helping adults feel safe, valued and supported every day. You will encourage independence, confidence and personal choice while creating a stable, therapeutic and positive home environment.

* Permanent full-time position

Your role as a Support Worker
* Provide day-to-day care and support to adults with specialist needs
* Support daily routines, personal care, activities and community engagement
* Help adults build confidence, independence and essential life skills
* Follow individual care plans and positive behaviour support strategies
* Create a safe, positive and inclusive home environment
* Maintain accurate records and work as part of a supportive team
What we are looking for
* Experience in care, support work, Autism, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health (helpful but not essential)
* A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
* Willingness to work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and positive outcomesResilience, empathy and a genuine desire to support adults with complex needs
