We are seeking a People & Payroll Administrator with 1-2 years experience in HR to join our established team.
The Role
People
* Support Head of HR in any employee engagement activities
* Run and manage employee council
* Manage and help run socials
* Support and co‑coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
* Support all UK Questel employees
HR
* HR administration including management of employee files, making sure they’re up to date
* Assisting with amendments to HR templates and policies
* Assisting with GDPR activities
* Supporting benefit administration
* Monitor and track probationary periods and appraisals
Payroll
* Process end‑to‑end payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Maintain payroll records, employee data, and related documentation
* Collaborate with payroll provider and Finance teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies
* Handle payroll‑related inquiries from employees
* Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits or internal reporting
