Children's Social Work Team Manager, Fostering Review Team
Pay rate: £40 per hour. Contract role: Fostering Review Team.
This position is a Team Manager in a Fostering Review Team.
Responsibilities
* Catch up on annual reviews of foster carers due to long‑term sickness of the full‑time review officer.
* Engage with FSWs to plan the reviews, preferably face‑to‑face, complete a pre‑review check, conduct the meeting and write up the report in line with process and within 10 working days of the review to facilitate panel or ADM timeliness actions.
* Work with a part‑time colleague to ensure all reviews are covered and with the full‑time officer as part of a phased return.
* Hybrid working is available.
