As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Client Services Assistant to support our Client Services Managers and help deliver a smooth, responsive and high-quality experience for our clients.
The Role
This is a junior role suited to someone organised, proactive and keen to build a career in client services, property, workplace operations or office management.
You will work closely with our Client Services Managers, supporting the day-to-day coordination of client requests, supplier communication, service updates, invoicing support and general administration.
Previous experience in a similar role would be helpful, but it is not essential. More important is a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Client Services Managers with day-to-day client requests, tasks and follow-ups
* Help log, track and update client queries through our internal systems
* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and service providers to arrange works and obtain updates
* Assist with client onboarding and office mobilisation
* Help prepare client updates, service reports and general correspondence
* Liaise with landlords, managing agents, suppliers and clients where required
* Keep internal records, trackers and client information accurate and up to date
* Follow up on outstanding actions to help ensure clients receive timely updates
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the wider client services team

Experience
Similar experience in client services, property, facilities management, office management, administration or customer support would be beneficial, but is not essential.
This role would suit someone early in their career who wants to learn, develop and grow within a fast-moving business.
