Job Description:
* 20 years’ experience in QA / Quality Engineering (technical background preferred)
* 10+ years’ experience in Delivery Test Management on strategic complex programmes
* 5+ years’ managing a team of delivery test managers
* Recent business & IT experience in the Insurance industry
* Excellent conceptualisation and verbalisation skills
* Master’s degree in a STEM subject
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Must have credentials of delivering large and complex Testing programmes
