About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and commercially aware Social Media & Email Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of digital strategies that engage both our existing customer base and attract new prospects. Working across three dynamic and distinct brands, Alfresia, Fire Mountain, and Vitinni, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing content-led campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately grow revenue through our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management:
* Plan, create and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
* Implement seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, product highlights, customer reviews and user-generated content.
* Monitor, report and optimise performance using relevant KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).
* Work with design and product teams to ensure visual consistency and quality of content.
* Email Marketing:
* Own and manage the email marketing calendar across the three brands.
* Write compelling copy for promotional, educational and transactional emails.
* Segment lists to target key customer groups (new, loyal, at-risk, etc.) with tailored content.
* Execute A/B tests and report on key performance metrics including open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
* Customer Engagement & Retention:
* Develop and manage loyalty and referral schemes integrated with social and email strategies.
* Leverage customer data to drive personalised content, reactivation campaigns, and upsell opportunities.
* Collaborate with customer service to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience that fosters retention.
* Digital & Content Strategy:
* Work with the wider marketing and eCommerce team to ensure all content supports wider commercial and brand objectives.
* Identify trends and insights to inform content strategy and contribute to web content planning (blogs, landing pages, banners, etc.)
* Ensure all campaigns align with seasonal commercial priorities and key trading periods.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Track, analyse and report performance metrics for both social and email campaigns.
* Present actionable insights and recommendations to optimise performance and ROI.
* Stay current with platform algorithm updates, email best practices and emerging digital tools.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a social media and email marketing role, ideally in a D2C eCommerce environment.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design.
* Creative flair and basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to translate marketing activity into measurable business growth.
* Proficiency in using tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar email platforms, and social media scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, etc.
* Confident in analysing data and using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
* Experience working with loyalty and referral programs such as Smile.io, Yotpo, Mention Me, or similar.
* Comfortable working across multiple brands with different tone of voices and customer demographics.
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Desirable:
* Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce CMS platforms.
* Knowledge of SEO principles and how content supports wider acquisition strategies.
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
