Contract: Permanent | Full-time | Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4:00pm (42.5 hours/week - no weekends)
Salary: ?32,000 - ?35,000 per annum

We're recruiting for a hands-on and motivated supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a well-organised and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of goods.
Manage and oversee order picking to maintain accuracy and meet dispatch deadlines.
Allocate and manage workloads across a team of warehouse operatives.
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including delivery notes and labelling.
Take ownership of the returns process - inspecting items, completing paperwork, and liaising with admin teams.
Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and promote best working practices.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and manual handling regulations.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident leading a team in a busy operational setting.
Physically fit and comfortable being hands-on when required.
Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining an efficient, safe, and supportive working environment.
