We Need Tutors Who: Possess the confidence and resilience to manage challenging behaviours and create a positive learning environment. Are patient, empathetic, and committed to fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. Are able to create and deliver individualised lesson plans based on the students needs. Have a strong commitment to safeguarding. Requirements: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Significant experience in tutoring or working with children and young people with special educational needs. A valid DBS check. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
