Responsibilities
* Chair child protection conferences and ensure that children’s safety and well-being are prioritized.
* Lead and oversee reviews for children in care, ensuring their needs and wishes are met and considered.
* Implement and monitor protection plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to social workers and other professionals involved in safeguarding.
* Maintain thorough and accurate documentation throughout the child protection process.
* Ensure that all cases comply with current legislation and best practices in safeguarding children.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in social work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services, working as a qualified Social Worker.
