About the role
Working in this SEMH School as part of an established team, the desired Behaviour Support Worker will be working on a small group basis in KS1- KS2 with pupils with SEMH. This will require working with pupils on their education whilst also working with them on their behavioural needs. Team Teach training can be provided for the correct candidate. This school is great for job progression as the school is always keen to help Teaching Assistant’s progress in their career and work within the school. This Full-Time role is long term and potentially permanent if successful.
A passion for working with children with additional needs
Experience of working with children and young adults with challenging behaviour previously
Understanding of how to work with children with SEMH whilst focusing on both there educational and additional needs.
