About the Role: We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant to deliver and support phonics interventions on a supply basis. You will work across different primary schools, helping children in KS1 improve their reading and phonics skills. Key Requirements: A recognised TA qualification (minimum Level 2) At least three days of availability per week Strong experience supporting phonics in Key Stage 1 Solid understanding of major phonics programmes, such as Read Write Inc.
