Coaches Wanted to lead our Expansion in the North West
We are on the lookout for Coaches in the Coleraine ,Ballymoney and Ballymena areas.
Coaches in Ballymoney Saturday mornings, Coleraine Sunday mornings, Ballymena Saturday mornings
4-6 Hours a week more available after expansion completed
Toddler Football Coaching for Boys & Girls ages 18 months to 8 Years.
Full training will be provided and a full driving license and car is essential

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
* Educate athletes on techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
* Conduct regular practice sessions to enhance skills and performance.
* Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
* Foster a positive team environment that encourages participation and growth.
* Organise and participate in competitions, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
* Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and development.
* Uphold safety standards during training sessions and competitions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sports coaching with a strong understanding of the sport being coached.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate athletes.
* Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and competition logistics.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
* A commitment to promoting inclusivity and sportsmanship within the team environment.
* Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
