Nursery – Bright Horizons Hinxton Day Nursery & Pre-School
Hourly rate – £14.98.
Location – Cambridge.
We are looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at the Hinxton nursery. The nursery holds a "GOOD" Ofsted rating and offers a fully equipped environment with an enclosed garden, woodland area, free shuttle bus between Saffron Walden and Cambridge, and reduced gym membership for staff.
Responsibilities
* Support colleagues with the delivery of EYFS through engaging and educational activities.
* Encourage child development towards key milestones.
* Participate in a larger team to ensure completion of essential day‑to‑day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant level 3 or above early years qualification.
* Previous experience working with children – nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, early years educator, nanny, childminder or similar.
* Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
* Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
* Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
