This is an open and ongoing recruitment for professionals skilled in teaching English at various levels, including Functional Skills, GCSE, and A Levels, with specializations in English Literature and English Language.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Deliver lectures in English subjects (Functional Skills, GCSE, A Levels, English Literature, English Language) according to the curriculum and educational level.
* Prepare educational material and coursework.
* Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain records of students' progress, attendance, and grades.
* Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
* Stay updated with developments in the field of English and in teaching methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in English or a related field; further teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in teaching English at various educational levels is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of English concepts and the ability to convey these to students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students.
* Flexibility to work with different educational institutions and adapt to their specific requirements.
