We burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997, when we shook up London and showed the UK a new way of eating. Part of this was the 'kaiten' conveyor belt and colour-coded dishes which made our name.
We're all about fresh, flavoursome, authentic Japanese food. Sushi is what we're famous for, but we also have a mouth-watering range of hot street food available - from traditional classics to innovative fusion dishes. All packed with rich, aromatic flavours and umami. Fast forward to today and we have over 70 restaurants all over the globe, more than 300 kiosks in the UK, with grocery products and pre-pack sushi in most major UK supermarkets.

Responsibilities include:
* Being the face and point of contact for all our customers to ensure a great experience.
* Having a bubbly disposition and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
* Previous experience in a similar restaurant environment.
* Welcoming and greeting all customers, including reservations and bookings.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge of all dishes.
* Promoting our menus to maximise sales opportunities.
* Maintaining a safe environment, including health & safety, hygiene, and allergen controls.
* Completing all training to maintain safety for team and guests.
* Having strong product knowledge to deliver high standards of service.
* Upselling to increase sales and drive repeat business.
* Supporting team members in delivering excellent customer service.
* Staying informed about company updates through YO! 360, team meetings, and briefs.
* Working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Contributing to the success and profitability of the restaurant.
* Ensuring safety protocols are followed for team and guests.
* Completing cleaning tasks promptly as prescribed.
