About the Role
* Respond to urgent social work and mental health crises outside normal hours.
* Conduct Mental Health Act Assessments and manage safeguarding cases confidently.
* Provide critical Adults Social Care intervention and support to individuals facing harm or distress.
* Utilize your assessment, care planning, and case management skills to deliver optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration and an AMHP prepared for out-of-hours challenges. You should have strong crisis management skills, experience in mental health, safeguarding, emergency intervention, and adult social care. A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
