We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead a major building services decarbonisation project inWorthing. This 42-week contract will focus on the removal of gas-fired heating systems and installation of new hybrid HVRF and ventilation systems, while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations and working operations.
Project Overview
The project forms part of a wider programme todecarbonise the estateand will involve:
* Removal ofgas boilersused for water and space heating
* Replacement of redundantHVRF system
* Installation of newhybrid HVRF systemsacross multiple floors
* Careful planning to ensureleast possible disruptionto building users
