SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)

We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a specialist SEN school in Corby. This is a full-time, long-term position, starting as soon as possible, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on students with additional needs.
The Role
Supporting children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs
Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting with learning, behaviour support, and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to provide consistent support
Requirements
Previous SEN experience is essential (school-based or relevant care/support settings)
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting pupils
A genuine passion for working with students with SEN
A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new DBS
