Our clients are looking for someone who has previously worked as a Financial Administrator for a Financial Advice Practice.
Working Pattern:
1. Monday to Friday (9-5)
2. Option for Hybrid Work depending on experience
The successful Financial Administrator will be offered:
3. £24,000 - £32,000 basic depending on experience

Requirements for the role of Financial Administrator:
6. Experience working in Finance Advice Practice
7. Experience or understanding of financial process.
8. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team
10. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
11. Attention to detail
12. Organised
13. Strong IT skills
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
14. Processing new business applications
15. Assisting with suitability reports
16. Booking client reviews
17. Supporting the Advisors
18. Dealing with incoming calls and e-mails
