Responsibilities:
* Support the Sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to booking confirmation.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email.
* Prepare detailed itineraries and proposals tailored to individual client preferences.
* Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations and Finance to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in the CRM system.
* Assist with post-travel follow-up to gather feedback and foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
* Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the travel industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
