I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant for a fixed term of 12 months. This is a full time role which offers hybrid working of 2 days at home and 3 in the office.
You will be providing an efficient repairs service including reactive, planned & cyclical maintenance.
The main duties of the role are:
* Taking repairs over the phone
* Processing repairs & void repairs
* Assisting with ensuring all cyclical and compliance programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
* Liaise with contractors, addressing any issues and schedule appointments.
* Provide a weekly progress report to the on all cyclical and compliance programmes
* Assist in the preparation of monthly budget and performance reports
To be considered for the post you must have:
* excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
* previous experience working with compliance contracts
* knowledge of tenant safety requirements
The starts date for the role is ASAP.
