Be among the first 25 applicants. Crewe Young People’s service provides 24-hour support to young people between the ages of 16 and 17, promoting and developing independent living skills which will enable young people to move on into their own tenancies successfully.

Responsibilities
* Work directly with young people using a person-centred approach, empowering them to be involved in their own support.
* Collaborate with other agencies to ensure appropriate support tailored to each young person’s needs.
* Ensure that all support plans and safety management plans are completed and kept up to date.
* Manage rent accounts and conduct weekly key work sessions.
* Monitor and maintain the health and safety of rooms and the building.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Have a people-focused approach with strong communication and listening skills.
* Be friendly, proactive, positive, and approachable.
* Understand and apply trauma-informed approaches in service delivery.
