We provide on-the-job training and collaborate with training providers to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships. Many of our Head Chefs started as kitchen porters and advanced within our kitchens.
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in maintaining brand standards and leading the kitchen team effectively. Experience at this level and leadership skills are essential.
