Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through excellent service.
* Muck in: support the team by checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
* Inspire and encourage a positive mindset, building a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Ask questions and build relationships to support team development, future business growth and succession planning.
* Lead from the front – coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
* Build a fun working environment by maintaining high product availability and branch standards, ensuring the branch is a place everyone loves to work.
