Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. You will play a key role in promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to support children's learning and development

* Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can explore, play, and interact with their peers

* Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement or additional support

* Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education

* Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or concerns

* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues, and other professionals

* Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children in your care

Requirements:

* Minimum of a level 3 qualification

* Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting

* Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
