Procurement Manager – Luxury Interior Design (FF&E)
Location: Soho, London (projects across UK & Caribbean)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
A high-end interior design studio based in Soho is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of FF&E procurement across a portfolio of luxury residential and hospitality projects in the UK and Caribbean.
The appointed Procurement Manager will work on prestigious UK and international luxury interior design projects work, closely with the interior design and accounts teams to manage the full purchasing lifecycle – from sourcing of bespoke high end furniture and custom items, to quoting through to delivery, installation and final invoice reconciliation.
Procurement Manager Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end FF&E procurement for UK and international interior design projects
* Liaise with designers to confirm specifications, finishes and quantities for furniture, lighting and custom pieces
* Raise and manage a high volume of purchase orders (often 150+ per large project)
* Cross-check invoices against Fohlio (or similar costing system), update costs and consolidate for accounts
* Track project spend via project costing spreadsheets, ensuring accurate visibility of budgets and cash flow
* Coordinate production, shipping and delivery logistics to multiple destinations (UK and Caribbean)
* Work closely with suppliers, shipping agents and on-site teams to secure smooth delivery and installation
* Proactively resolve delays, discrepancies and delivery issues
* Maintain and develop the studio’s sample library, keeping materials organised and up to date
* Manage and grow supplier relationships; negotiate terms, pricing and lead times
* Source and vet new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain
* Prepare supplier and product presentations in Adobe InDesign
* Provide general studio support, including occasional phone cover and greeting visitors
Procurement Manager Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Procurement Manager / Senior Buyer / FF&E Buyer
* Background in interior design, architecture, luxury goods or high-end hospitality
* Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, custom item sourcing and supplier management
* Confident working with costing tools such as Fohlio (or similar procurement/costing systems)
* Proficient with Adobe InDesign for creating presentations and supplier documents
* Excellent organisational skills – comfortable managing large volumes of orders and invoices
* Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
* High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
* Proactive, solutions-focused approach and comfortable supporting wider studio operations
