Are you a newly qualified or recently graduated teacher eager to begin your teaching career?
A friendly and inclusive primary school in the BS21 area of Bristol is looking for a motivated Graduate Qualified Teacher to join their team immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a PGCE graduate or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to gain valuable classroom experience and develop their teaching practice in a supportive and welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with experienced staff who will guide and mentor you as you establish yourself in your first teaching role.
The Role
* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Support pupils of varying abilities to achieve their learning goals
* Create a positive, safe, and inspiring classroom environment
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and maintain high teaching standards
* Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Have recently completed your PGCE or equivalent teacher training
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are awaiting confirmation
* Are enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
* Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Are passionate about supporting every child to reach their full potential
