Position Overview
Join our Nursery Team at Little Common School. We have launched a brand‑new nursery provision in September 2025, offering exceptional early years care and education from 7:45 am to 6:00 pm, 46 weeks of the year.
Qualifications and Experience
* Level 3 qualified, experienced nursery practitioner passionate about early years education.
* Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and commitment to continuous professional development.
* Confident communicator capable of delivering seamless service delivery during late afternoon/evening (3‑6 p.m.) sessions. During non‑term time weeks and hours 3–6 p.m., enhancement will be paid for leading during these periods.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice, ensuring the highest standards of care and protection for all children.

Working Hours
6 hours per day from 12 pm to 6 pm, 52 weeks per year. Holidays are taken during nursery closure periods, with any remaining days agreed in advance and possibly during term time for cheaper holidays.
