The Role
This is a strategic, cross‑functional role working closely with senior leadership to identify and deliver commercial opportunities. You will lead projects that improve profitability, strengthen supply chains, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and deliver new growth opportunities across existing and new markets
* Evaluate automation, insourcing, outsourcing, and sourcing opportunities
* Develop and manage a 3‑5‑year pipeline of strategic initiatives
* Lead cross‑functional projects to deliver margin improvement
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Provide clear reporting and performance updates to senior leadership
* Ensure all activities meet regulatory and quality requirements
About You
* 10+ years' experience working at a senior executive level within a medical device company, ideally with experience within procurement and/or sales.
* 5+ years project management experience
* Background in procurement, supply chain, sales or commercial roles
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
