A leading Essex-based housing association is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role supports the smooth running of supply chain operations, ensuring timely processing, strong supplier relationships, and efficient administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and promptly
Raise and manage purchase orders
Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve queries
Maintain accurate records and support daily supply chain activity
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven invoice processing experience
Confident IT user with strong administrative skills
Experience working with suppliers
Purchase ordering experience
Background in merchants or supply chain is a bonus
