Finance Manager (Interim) | £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus | Bristol / Hybrid

This 12 month interim Finance Manager is a great role. You will manage a team delivering the management reporting and has an interface with the wider business. You will be qualified or Qualified by experience, with demonstrable management experience and thrive in a fast paced environment. They offer hybrid working, parking onsite, and beautifully renovated offices – with great coffee!!
We are looking for a friendly, sociable character who enjoys a role with scope for producing the month end timetable but also for challenging the ‘norm’, and looking at process and system improvements, and also scope for some redesign of the output.

Responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and submission of monthly results; half year and quarterly forecasts to group
* Oversee completion of all balance sheet reconciliations
* Liaising with Group for audit and year-end
* Coach and manage the finance team (2 direct reports & 6 indirect)
Your Profile:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience
* Natural leadership qualities
* Available to start before the end of April
* Strong management reporting experience
* Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
