You’ll play a key part in managing and developing the directorate’s pharmacy service, ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pharmacy service to ensure optimal medicine use and compliance with governance standards.
Provide specialist pharmaceutical advice to multidisciplinary teams, supporting safe and effective clinical decision-making.
Develop, implement, and review evidence-based policies, protocols, and guidelines to enhance patient outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote best practices in medication management and patient safety.
Requirements:
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Proven experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy, ideally at a senior or Band 7/8a level.
Car driver, as the position may involve travel between sites.
